The space
Ohi'a Kona Estate is located on three acres of gently sloped hills spotted with a wide variety of exotic plants and trees. We have over an acre of lawn perfect for exercising, meditation, or just going for a stroll.
There are four one-bedroom master suites, each with its own KING bed, living room with pull-out sleeper and full bathroom recently built with all the modern amenities. there is also an additional 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and a trundle, perfect for teens that want their own space.

Relax on our lounge chairs on the lanai or have a bite to eat and sip coffee or a glass of wine on our 1500-square-foot patio.

Guest access
You will have access to most areas of the grounds, including the large patio that has several propane fire tables and plenty of seating with umbrella tables. There is also a large spa and and a recreation room complete with pool table, ping pong table, large couches and TV. There is a PS3 for those that like to play video games!

When you reserve the entire estate, you get access to much more of the property including the full kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils, dishware and cookware you might need.
The family room has an 82 inch high definition television and soundbar for your favorite movies, sports and shows.
A full laundry is also available to you in case you need to do a load mid vacation. We also have sets of snorkels, boogie boards and beach gear for you to borrow. And of course if you play pickleball, we just added a net and a set of paddles!

Other things to note
In addition, fresh flora around the property, in-room conveniences like a coffee maker, wine glasses and opener, a small refrigerator, and a safe are also offered as part of your stay.
We have our own B&B hosts, Kyle and Maza that live onsite to answer any questions or requests you may have about the property or the island. If you need an extra pillow, to locate a cooler, want to operate the spa, they are there for you.
Nature sights and sounds are abundant throughout the property as we are on three acres. For example, you can hear little coqui frogs at night or spot an occasional chicken or pheasant running around!
