✹ PARKING: Free parking is available on the premises for up to three vehicles and a golf cart and bikes can also be accommodated.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi available throughout the home. Set yourself up at the third floor DESK, dining table or kitchen counter when you’re not eating.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play, children’s dinnerware, and children’s books and toys.
✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy. Thank you for understanding.

The Magnolia Dunes community offers a quiet and private pool just steps from the back porch, and the beach is only a four-minute walk away.
✹ BEACH GEAR: The home provides beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and many boogie boards for your use, as well as an owner's closet with additional beach essentials.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via a keypad locking system for convenience.
✹ Please note that you must be at least 25 years old with proof of insurance to drive the golf cart, and parties are strictly prohibited.
✹ We have an owner's closet accessible from the outside via code with access to beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, floats, boogie boards, and cooler.
