I built this house to provide a warm, inviting atmosphere including a complete kitchen, separate bed, and bath.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishes.

The bedroom and bathroom are separate from the living space, providing privacy and quiet if sharing the space.

Everything is there to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

The bed is comfortable and cozy and there is an armoire to store your clothes.

A sliding barn door entrance lets you into the private bath.

You will love the Tiny Blue House because it is in a diverse community with great energy.

We are close to the Kessler Theater, Bishop Arts, the Texas Theater, walking distance to restaurants, bars, theaters, and shopping. Close to the bus line, close to downtown, and all major freeways.

I am here to help or give you your privacy, you get to choose. Want the kitchen stocked? Just ask. Need directions? Need ideas of great meals? Things to see and do? I love getting to help.

I've lived in Oak Cliff and Dallas the majority of my life and love it!

The Tiny Blue House is designed to give you a great experience. We live on site, but provide this special private space for you, whether a couple, solo adventurer, or a business traveler.

You will have access to the entire Tiny Blue House. Please feel free to come and go as you like. Plenty of free street parking. Easily accessible to restaurants, beverages, shopping, and groceries.

This is my only AirBnB and I take great pride in providing my guests a great experience. If you need me, I am available via phone call, text, or knock on the door.

Close to Bishop Arts in the best part of Dallas - eclectic, hidden gem, best one of a kind restaurants and shops, diverse, open arms neighborhood, where you can get to anywhere quick - museums, shopping, parks, restaurants.

Walkable areas with easy access. Walking distance to Stevens Park Golf Course and Twelve Hills Nature Center.

We are conveniently located to all major freeways, 20 minutes from Love Field, 30 minutes from D/FW Airport, just south of I30 and west of I35. We are just blocks away from DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) stops which also connect with a free trolley service to downtown.
Free parking is available and easy to access on our street in front of the house.
Uber and Lyft service the area.
There are now at least 3 bicycle rental companies in the area that charge a small rate per hour. Everything is close enough for a bike ride.

You can have groceries and other deliveries arranged for your time here. I will be glad to provide insights and details to make this the best stay ever.

Born and raised in Oak Cliff, I love sharing our beautiful historic neighborhood with guests. Oak Cliff is located just southwest of downtown Dallas with many streets offering a great view of the skyline. Our streets are lined with beautiful mature trees and lovely hills. Travel has always been a passion for me, with my favorite stays in bed and breakfasts. Staying in bed and breakfasts gave me the opportunity to learn the neighborhoods and meet the people. When deciding to build this house, I wanted my guests to feel at home while enjoying the convenience and security of their own private place. We live in the historic Kings Highway neighborhood which includes the Bishop Arts District. We live just blocks away from The Kessler Theater, the Texas Theater, and the Twelve Hills Nature Center. Dallas is home to great bike & walking trails, Trinity Park, and extensive collection of museums. We provide an easy access to all parts of the city. I'm here and ready to provide ideas and suggestions for places to go, restaurants to try, and sights to see, but will not impose on your privacy. I just want you to have a great time and enjoy your stay in the Tiny Blue House.
