About the Space
This cozy, family-oriented 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo sits on the third floor of Base Camp at Granby Ranch, offering full views of the ski hill right outside your windows. Everything is on one level, with one bedroom beside the kitchen and two more — including a second master — down the hall.
Each room has its own theme and TV. The main master has a king bed, the second master a queen, and the kids’ room features a bunk with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. The kids also have their own closet filled with games and activities.
The living area centers around a fireplace with a couch, loveseat, and futon-style sofa — perfect for gathering, talking, or watching the skiers outside. The dining area is right nearby for easy, shared meals.
A fully stocked kitchen includes coffee, s’mores supplies, and a shared pantry for anything you might have forgotten. There’s also a grill on the balcony for cookouts with a view.
Guests can access the nearby hot tub and pool for $15 per person, and ski lockers are available on the first floor for storing gear.
When you arrive, it should feel like stepping into home — warm, comfortable, and ready for you to relax.

You’ll have full use of the entire 3BR/3BA condo, the balcony with grill, and one parking space in the heated garage. Ski lockers are on the 1st floor for easy gear storage.

Extra parking: one vehicle fits in our garage; additional vehicles can park at Silver Creek Inn (short drive).
Other things to note
Why Granby Feels Different
Granby doesn’t try too hard — and that’s exactly its charm. It’s where the mountain air still smells like pine, where lift lines are short, and where you can actually hear yourself think. Staying here means slowing down just enough to remember what a real Colorado mountain town feels like.
From Base Camp 311, you’re close to everything that makes this valley special. Ten minutes and you’re paddling on Lake Granby. Twenty and you’re at Rocky Mountain National Park, walking among elk instead of crowds. The same trails that hold skiers in winter turn into wildflower paths in summer, and evenings cool off just right for grilling on the balcony or catching a sunset from the ridge.
Granby’s not about the scene — it’s about space. Space to breathe, to let the kids run, to ski without stress and explore without needing a map. It’s the kind of trip that sneaks up on you — you come for a weekend and start thinking about how to stay longer next time.
If you want Colorado without the chaos, this is it.
