Built in 1999, we welcome you into an updated eclectic quirky chic home with a stylish twist. The Indigo promotes thoughtful comfort everywhere you turn. Natural light shines throughout this large open space creating a perfect base for visiting families and friends, business stays, and traveling medical professionals.
Why The Indigo? Indigo, the color blue represents both the sky and the sea and is associated with open spaces, freedom, intuition, imagination, inspiration, and sensitivity. Blue also represents the meaning of depth, trust, loyalty, sincerity, wisdom, confidence, stability, faith, and intelligence. Welcome!
SLEEPING QUARTERS:
With 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, there is space to comfortably accommodate 12 people. All bedrooms have extra blankets for comfort.
• THE “PASCOE” - The “primary” bedroom features 2 large windows, both king bed and a queen bed with an ensuite bath, ceiling fan, nightstands, and lighting. You will enjoy high end mattresses with luxurious linens to keep you comfortable, a very spacious walk-in closet, and hangers. There are extra pillows and blankets available for your use located in the closet. For business or pleasure, there is a desk with outlets, comfortable seating, and a desk lamp. Find a book to read on the bookshelf. Also enjoy the attached bath for extra privacy and convenience.
• THE “BLUE”– This fresh and organic bedroom offers a queen size bed, a comfortable mattress, an end table with storage, and unique lighting. A private desk also welcomes you for work with reading materials to keep you occupied.
• THE “SWANKY” – Located in the lower level, this bedroom hosts a queen bed. You will also enjoy a stand-up mirror, a large garden view window, and a corner desk for your convenience. Reading material
• THE “RESTED” - The other lower level bedroom this room offers a queen size bed and a comfortable couch. You will also find a stand-up mirror, and a large garden view window allowing in ample natural light.
****The Pascoe and The Blue share the bathroom shower in the en-suite. The lower level rooms share the large bathroom with a tub shower.
ADDITIONAL SLEEPING OPTIONS: We also offer a comfortable sleeping, if acceptable, on very comfortable couches, if needed.
BATHROOMS:
• EN-SUITE BATHROOM – Located off of the Pasoe bedroom, this bathroom shower will serve both upstairs bedrooms. There is a stand-up shower and also a soaking tub. Enjoy the skylight and double sinks with ample storage and a spa vibe.
• POWDER BATH – Located off the upper level area between the dining table and kitcen island, this bathroom provides a new sink vanity area.
• LOWER LEVEL BATH – Located in the lower level, this bathroom has a large vanity and full size tub/shower.
THE LOFT FAMILY ROOM : Welcome to a grand foyer, with stylish décor, you will enjoy a modern fabric sectional couch, comfortable executive chairs and accessories, a gas fireplace, as well as a 55” Smart TV. This is a great space full of light from all directions for your enjoyment.
Make your way here to enjoy your morning coffee or to relax for a late-night movie. Spacious and cozy, and loaded with windows, you will want to soak in the sun all day. This room features a large sectional that will happily sleep another. Here you will find the beverage cart to accommodate late night cocktails.
THE FLAT FAMILY ROOM: Here you will find more comfort for your crew. With couches and chairs that are soft and cozy, you may play games, watch the 55” television, or enjoy your company. Start the fireplace to warm up and enjoy the pleasant lighting and open spaces connected to the dining and kitchen area. If you need an additional place to work or study, a desk and chair are there for your convenience.
THE LOFT KITCHEN: Prepare your meals like a chef with the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy ample cabinets and essential supplies while you are here. Enjoy the expansive butcher block island for your breakfasts or evening socializing. Clean and modern with easy access to the backyard deck for enjoyment and entertaining, your options are endless. A Keurig coffee maker with cups are always provided! Inside, relax at one of the 4 comfortable leather barstools, or make your way to the 6-top dining table or large family room for more comfort.
THE FLAT KITCHEN: Enter the MIL suite, or second kitchen! Here you will find all essentials and more for meal prep or storage. Stay tuned….a kitchen island has arrived to offer more countertop space and cabinet storage. Enjoy your coffee in style and find the glass you need for your favorite cocktail.
THE LOFT DINING: A beautiful table for 6 which is conveniently located next to the kitchen and family room. Slide up the high chair for the little one, if needed. Perfect for family night or hosting a romantic dinner for you and your guests.
THE FLAT DINING: This space offers additional seating for 6 with a funky vibe! Located next to the lower-level kitchen and family room.
BACKYARD: Step out onto the large privately fenced grassy backyard where you will find a patio with tables and chairs, a fire table and chairs, additional seating, and a playset for the kiddos! We didn’t forget the grill (during spring/summer/fall seasons) where you can show off your BBQ skills to prepare a delicious dinner, enjoy the sunset, and listen to the kid’s laughter while you enjoy a glass of wine or a book.
BABY/KIDS ITEMS: Are children part of your stay? Excellent! Children of all ages are welcomed with an abundance of toys, games, books, and their own hang out space in the garage for a special hangout spot! We also provide a pack & play, highchair, kids plates/silverware, and more!
GARAGE: This double plus one-sided tandem garage is perfect for you! It is attached to the home. As you enter from the garage you will either go upstairs or downstairs. and connected If you need an additional mode of transport, a bicycle is available for your use.
ENTERTAINMENT: During your visit, please feel free to enjoy the Smart TVs, card and board games, retro bicycle, books, coffee, and tea. The Indigo is fully equipped to be your home-away-from home with all the furnishings. If you have a specific request, just ask. The Indigo provides a speedy WiFi network. All of the smart TVs are equipped with Roku. Log into your favorite streaming services: Free Roku channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sling, Hulu, YouTube, Disney+, and many more! Don’t forget to write down your passwords and bring them along to stream your services.
HOUSEKEEPING/LAUNDRY: If you have personal housekeeping concerns, worry no further. Our laundry rooms on each level are equipped with an ironing board, iron, and all the laundry essentials. Forget something? We have you covered! Our concierge basket has all the essentials to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us. We also provide standard cleaning supplies to use during your stay.

GUEST ACCESS: No keys to lose or return. This property provides secure, keyless entry with a Yale smart lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your personalized code, using a unique virtual key, issued to you for the duration of your stay.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Camera/recording devices: there are outdoor cameras overlooking the front door, driveway and other exterior entry spaces.
There is a First Aid Kit, sewing kit, fire extinguisher, cleaning supplies, and more located in the pantry and door organizer leading down to the basement.
EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE
Mowing and snow removal is done regularly. In the event of snow, our contractor will do snow removal (typically once the snow stops) or when reasonable possible for them to begin. The driveway and all walkways are serviced. In the event there is a storm and power and/or a large amount of snow is accumulated, please be patient as our crew is working hard to clear your path or get your electricity running.
TRASH:
There is a 35 gallon trash container, as well as a 65 gallon recycling container. Please note recycling must go in WITHOUT plastic bags/garbage bags, per city rules. Just simply place recycling items freely in the recycling container. If your stay occurs on SUNDAY night, please bring the containers to the bottom of the driveway for pick-up early Monday morning. If the empty containers are down by the driveway when you arrive, please bring them back to the garage service door area – to the right of the garage.

I am born and raised in Sioux Falls, married, and a mother of 4 girls. I enjoy real estate and design, but most of all….. I love people! I used to own and manage a 40 unit apartment complex, as well as took part in a huge downtown building renovation with commercial and residential space. Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, so long as you rent the entire house. This includes both the upstairs and downstairs, large 2 stall oversized garage, deck, and private fenced in back yard. If you like the home but don't need the large space, considering renting the upper or lower level instead! It's private and offers the same amenities!

Ample parking is available in the garage and oversized driveway.
