While we don’t agree with the hike, it’s beyond our control, and we’ve had to adjust our rates to continue offering the same Maravilla experience. Returning guests may notice a small change, but the comfort, care, and charm you love remain exactly the same. First responders, teachers, and PR locals—show ID or proof of employment for a special discount!

Island Considerations
• Utilities may occasionally experience interruptions:
 • Internet (Liberty PR)
 • Water (AAA, with 500-gallon backup tank)
 • Power (LUMA, with solar backup and battery storage)
• Local wildlife includes wild roosters, iguanas, coquí frogs, and neighborhood cats & dogs. Earplugs provided for light sleepers. Please do not feed or disturb the natural habitat of any protected species.
• Hurricane season runs June–November, with peak activity in September and October.

Utility interruptions are common across all of Puerto Rico and do not qualify for refunds. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for peace of mind, especially during hurricane season.
