Large 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with everything you need just 3 miles from downtown. With two living areas, large dining room and kitchen you will have ample room to spread out in this spacious, well lit home.

Privacy on over one acre with a large yard and private back deck complete with grill, picnic table and now with a barrel sauna!

Basement with ping pong/combo pool table & full laundry room.

You won’t find another house near downtown with this kind of space to spread out with your party!

The space
This beautiful cape cod, two story home has over 2500 sq. ft of space for your whole family to spread out and is close to downtown Fayetteville. There is natural sunlight all through the house and we are in a beautiful neighborhood at the end of the road that takes you all the way to downtown. The backyard opens to woods so it is quiet and there is lots of space to play yard games and run around!

The primary bedroom is on the first level so it is perfect for those who don’t want to climb stairs, complete with a king bed and private bath.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one king bed and one queen. They share a full size bathroom.

On the main level there is also a front sitting room that closes off and can provide another queen bedroom for larger parties and there is a half bath in the hallway.

The basement has a pool table with a ping pong converter top and full size laundry room complete with detergent, ironing board, iron, hangers and drying racks.

The back porch and yard has a Weber grill, picnic table, fire ring and chairs and a sauna to enjoy!

The front porch has seating for your whole party: chairs, a rocking chair and a porch swing. The corn hole set is stored here as well.

It’s rare to find houses with this amount of space in Fayetteville! Most houses that sleep this number are almost half the size so if you want room to spread out this is your house!

*New for 2023 is a barrel sauna from Almost Heaven Saunas, made right in WV. Built in the winter of 2022 this sauna is off the back deck so you can enjoy a sauna anytime and relax in peace and quiet on the secluded back deck which overlooks 13 acres in the backyard. You can fit 4 comfortable sitting or two laying down on the benches in this classic steam sauna.

While we have our space open on select weekends only, if you wish to book this space for longer please send us a message and we may be able to accommodate your travel plans.

Guest access
Access to the entire house. Garage and our personal closets are locked.

Backyard with grill, picnic table and fire ring (please bring your own wood), basement with ping pong/pool table, washer and dryer in basement, front porch with great sunsets and comfortable furniture.

Other things to note
This is our own personal home so we ask that you treat it as your own as well while also getting cozy and relaxing in your basecamp for all your adventures. NO PETS NO PARTIES.
