The space
Reconnect with Nature in the Heart of the Hill Country

Welcome to our 14-acre Hill Country home—now available as a private group rental for up to 6 guests (plus 1–2 little ones)! You’ll have exclusive access to three unique stays: the Treetop Cabin, the Heart Dome, and the School of Magic Bus—each with its own character, comfort, and scenic perch on the hillside.

Each of these three listings are available individually on Airbnb as well and all have very positive reviews. The group rental doesn't get booked as often as individual rentals. Feel free to check those listings for more positive reveiws!

The Treetop Cabin is a cozy, tiny escape with a queen loft bed, full kitchen, compact bathroom, and a spacious deck offering sweeping views.

The Heart Dome features a cozy loft bed, full kitchenette, AC/heat, and a dreamy clawfoot tub in a nearby private bathhouse—perfect for stargazing and soaking.

The School of Magic Bus is a quirky converted school bus with a full kitchen, queen bed nook, AC/heat, and nearby private bathroom. It's nestled closer to the heart of the property, near the shared pavilion and kitchen.

Please note: we do use composting toilets and run on rain water, so water conservation is very important.

Your group will have the best of all worlds—plenty of space to spread out, or gather in the community areas for meals and laughs. Wander the trails, hunt for fossils, float in our private spring, toss a round on the 18-hole disc golf course, read a book in our charming book room, or just kick back in a hammock.

The land is raw and wild, with a 500-foot hike from parking to reach the cabin and dome—well worth the trek for the views!

Guest access
The 14 acre property is open for exploration, including a fresh water spring, hammock hangs, picnic tables, some hiking trails, 18-hole disc golf course, and even some fossil and artifact hunting.

On the property, we have a full community kitchen available to all guests. Including grill, cookware, spices, Pitboss smoker, sink, a fridge, etc.

There is also a communal covered social space.

There is also a community book room, The Hideaway.

The neighborhood is a "country" neighborhood: private gravel road, multi-acre properties spaced out, with friendly neighbors all enjoying the peace of Hill Country living.
