Our newly built apartment offers a comfortable and functional space.
The bedroom features a king-size bed and lots of space for storage including a big storage box under the bed ideal for suitcases, In the bathroom you'll find hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and even soothing Zen lighting in the shower.

There's a spacious office desk with high-speed internet. The living area boasts a large sofa for relaxation and a smart TV. Additionally, you'll have a bar area and a balcony with a table and chairs.

The apartment is fully equipped with modern amenities, from all the kitchen appliances, utensils, coffee machine and other appliances, through to whisky glasses and a wine decanter.

Guest access
As for access, the apartment is conveniently located very close to Plaza Universitat, making it perfect for those taking the 'Aerobus' to the airport.

The building features two flats per floor, and our unit faces northwest, overlooking the courtyard, ensuring a quiet and well-lit environment. We are situated on the third floor, and while there is an elevator available, please note that you'll need to ascend ten steps at the ground floor before reaching the elevator door.

Once inside the apartment, you'll find an open and easily accessible space, designed for your comfort and convenience.
