***For sleeping arrangements, there are two queen beds. The third bed is a futon located in the rear den of the home.

Other things to note
There are 3 security cameras on the front exterior of the property facing the street, monitored by our employees, and recording events 24/7. The property is also protected by WYND Sentry devices which detect the use of recreational smoke and excessive noise within the space. Recreational smoke and additional guests over the approved guest count will result in a fine, extra cleaning fees, and immediate termination of the reservation.
