House on a scenic horse farm with permanent residence standard in the rich Bergslagsnatur for those looking for cultural and nature experiences in the Bergslagen forests, close to the Malingsbo-Kloten area with hiking trails, swimming, fishing, hiking and berry picking opportunities. Only two hours from Stockholm!

In the area, there are also several cafés, flea markets (mostly in summer), ski trails and cultural attractions.

The space
The house is located on a farm with horses. The house is located on a beautiful horse farm overlooking pastures and fields. Private entrance and parking.
Access to hot tub, infrared sauna, laundry room and pool on request (own wood for hot tub is required, or you can buy this on the farm).
Animals can be brought. The dog brought needs to be friendly to other dogs and animals as there are some on the farm. We do not conduct horseback riding/children's riding.

Guest access
Two floors - floor one has kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. Upstairs has three bedrooms. Porch and patio on grass with chairs, tables and barbecue. In the basement there is an infrared sauna, as well as a laundry room.
Pool of 5.5 meters is available and can be used by adults/swimmers (depth 1.2 meters and no diving!) on request.

Other things to note
a larger and a smaller dog is in the yard. We therefore welcome dog-habited guests.
