Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
The property has many things to offer- From breathtaking views of the lake, beautiful sunsets, great fishing as well as swimming and lakeside campfires.
Bird watchers from all over the world come to enjoy Sax Zim-Bog nature preserve which is only a few miles away.
Atv & snowmobile trails are also available in the area.
The Cottage is approximately 40 min to either Duluth or the Iron Range.
Seasonal bunkhouse Pet friendly facilities with 2 pet max with pet fee.

The space
PET POLICY:
- If bringing pets, please add it to your booking request!
- There is a $200 pet fee per stay
- Maximum of 2 dogs
- All pet waste from yard must be cleaned up by owner
- Pets are not allowed on furniture such as beds, sofas or tables. Please make sure pets are cleaned, paws are cleaned before entering the cabin and bunk house.
Guests are responsible for any damages at the cost of replacement or repair due to an animal.
- Food bowls not provided
- Pets must be supervised at all times
- Guests are not allowed to invite additional day time guests with pets without prior approval. A $200 pet fee applies for day time guests pets.
** A $500 fee will be charged to guests that fail to disclose any pets in addition to eviction without refunds. If guests are suspected of bringing pets without prior disclosure, cameras will be accessed and if found to be in violation, guests will be reported to Air BNB.
Penalties include fines, suspension and or removal from the property.

Cabin, seasonal bunkhouse.
Cabin has a combination lock and will receive the code 24hrs prior to arrival.
Bunkhouse will be unlocked for day of arrival during seasonal times.
Additional cleaning fee of 50.00 will be charged for bunkhouse.

Other things to note
As you settle in, you may quickly discover that our furry neighbors (dogs from the surrounding homes and cabins) love to rome freely and may occasionally pay a friendly visit during your stay.
Please do not park any motorized vehicles in the yard.
No cleaning fish in cabin or bunkhouse.
There is an outdoor table next to the cabin for that.

Bunkhouse is for seasonal use only.
Extra cleaning fee of 50.00 if used during your stay.
Please arrange with the host.
Any fish carcass should be burned in the fire pit.
