The only Airbnb within walking distance to downtown Fayetteville with a pool and hot tub! This updated home has all you could want for your vacation. Read a book in the sunroom, relax in the hot tub, dip in the pool or take that decadent nap on our memory foam beds. A Weber grill and sunroom is ready for your cookout or enjoy fully stocked kitchen if you want to make your own meals. You can always walk 5 minutes to downtown and explore the wonderful restaurant selection.

The space
The LilyPad has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the first floor and a bonus room upstairs with a large flat screen TV, games and toys for the kiddos.
The primary bedroom has a private bath and the other two rooms share a full bathroom.


The sunroom opens up to a private back yard and deck complete with a hot tub and a small plunge pool that are both open year round. (Note that the pool will not heat to above 70 degrees in the winter.) There is a swing set in the back yard for the kids and a grill in the side yard as well for cooking out.

The backyard is fully enclosed so we do welcome well behaved pets for an extra fee of $100 per stay. Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture.

Up the stairs you have a small playroom/office with a desk, toys, couch and television. The closet has a full size futon rolled up that can be a fourth bed if needed. Linens and bedding are provided as well. Please let us know if you need linens set out for that.

The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee make, full-size refrigerator and everything you need to cook a meal for up to 8 people.

You cannot beat this location! Walking distance to downtown so if you don’t want to cook just can check out an array of options close by. Pies and Pints is 1/4 mile away and South side Junction Taphouse is less than a 1/2 mile away.

We have a three day minimum in the season due to the time it takes to clean the pool between guests but if we can accommodate you we will try. Please send a message if you would like to book for two nights. We will see what we can do!

The whole house is yours to have except the garage which we use for storage.

Other things to note
Well behaved dogs are permitted with a maximum of two.
No dogs allowed on furniture or in the pool or extra fees will be incurred.
If your dog urinates or defecates on rugs or carpets you will be charged the fee to clean them, along with any days that we have to block off for cleaning. You will also be required to replace any damages from your pets, chewing etc. There are local services for doggy daycare and pet sitting. Please inquire if you need these.
