LE CHTI BOSC is an old bread oven transformed into a small house, both atypical and authentic.
Located in the heart of Normandy, between countryside and forest, this charming little cottage can accommodate 2-4 people.
You will find shops and amenities in Brionne (6 km).

The space
An old 1890 bread oven, transformed into a fully equipped mini house!
- kitchenette / kitchen: fridge, sink, induction hobs, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes...
- shower room/sink/WC (corner shower 80 cm),
- living room,
- attic sleeping area upstairs (access by miller staircase): a first space with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and , in a row (access behind the fireplace, narrow passage), the "hideout", with two single beds (80 cm x 200 cm),
- fully enclosed private garden with picnic table and barbecue,
- enjoy the  cottage, space set up for relaxation: billiards, foosball, darts, books, board games...

The cottage is on the same plot as our house (on the other side of the land), and we are at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

You will be able to park your vehicle inside the property.

The maximum capacity of the cottage is 4 people: 2 adults and one or two children (3 adults maximum). We draw your attention to the passage in a row between the 2 bedrooms: you have to sneak behind the fireplace to access the second bedroom part, "the hideout" (no window, recommended for children or the most agile!😉).

A pet allowed (cat or dog), please specify when booking.

For your comfort, linens are provided: sheets and towels (a game for the stay).

Inside, " no smoking, no vaping", thank you!

The pool located on the property is private and is not accessible to the occupants of the cottage, thank you for your understanding.
