Come on in and unwind. This property is newly renovated 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + Game Room, Fire pit (🪵 included) along with Hot Tub in the backyard and much more. This property provides an amazing, all year round visit to the Poconos Mountains. Our guests have plenty of Amenities to enjoy. You will be in the heart of the award winning *Gold ⭐️ Certified* Big Bass Lake gated community.
The space
This Saltbox style casita has 4 bedrooms, 2 newly renovated full bathrooms, living room with wood fireplace (*currently can’t be used as fireplace was recently damaged*), dining area, entertainment room with 2 arcade games, board games, air hockey, and foosball table. A full kitchen with a large counter island along with all your cooking needs. There is a fire pit area, a brand-new hot tub, and sitting area all outside to enjoy the outside weather day or night. We provide the firewood, pillows, linens, and towels. There is also a Washer/Dryer you can use.

Please note based on the bed counts, the total amount of suggested people that can sleep comfortably is 9. The maximum allowed in the property is 12 based on the township. We do provide a foldable crib, playpen and queen size air mattress as well.
There are 2 Smart TV's (Living Room and Game Room). You will need to login to your own apps.
Our property has A/C - Heating Split Units. Remotes are attached on wall bracket of respective room.
Please note I do provide some snacks as you may have had a long trip. Please be aware & take any caution in case of any peanut allergies.
We do allow pets (maximum 2)!! Small to Medium size dogs only. Please ensure they are potty trained and clean up after your dog. This is a gated community so there are no fences around property.

Please note, the gated community requires a rental application filled out which is a $50 fee (That is already part when booking). I will send you the information needed, and we will fill on your behalf as soon as you are booked. You will need to provide everyone's name at least 3 business days before check-in so you can be allowed access at the gate. The guests provided must be a final list. If the form is submitted late or last-minute bookings will be a $100 fee ($50 additional as original $50 is already part when booking).
If you have a pet, please advise up front and the additional fee will be added to this application fee. If you do not add the fee and a pet is noticed, we will send a fee request for it.
MAXIMUM OF 12 GUESTS PER HOUSE PER RESERVATION. THIS IS A TOWNSHIP AND COMMUNITY LIMIT.
Last minute check-ins will need to be filled out as soon as possible to put you in with the association. Due to last-minute bookings, the application fee is $100. Any changes to form, such as adding a guest, will be a $15 non-refundable fee.

Keyless entry lock. ALL GUESTS, adults, kids 3 years and above and day visitors must be registered PRIOR to arrival at security gate (1 Big Bass Dr).

WINTER / FALL
Guests receive access to the Indoor Pool along with a dry sauna, pool table, Tree Top Lounge, locker rooms and Fitness Center.
Once the snow hits the Poconos, grab some sleds and/or tubes and head over to our snow-tubing/sledding hills. Sledding/tubing is at your own risk.
AMENITIES PASSES: Guests are responsible for purchasing Amenity Passes while using any facility. 2025 SEASON: $10 daily pass per adult; $8 daily pass per child (7 years of age or older).
SUMMER
The community has two lakes available for swimming (Memorial weekend through Labor Day), fishing, and boating. There is also access to a pool with a splash pad, snack bar, two playgrounds, full basketball court, 4 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, and a volleyball area.
Big Bass Lake is walking distance or bike ride from the house (0.6 mi / 10+ min walk).
AMENITIES PASSES: Guests are responsible for purchasing Amenity Passes while using any facility. 2025 SEASON: $10 daily pass weekends and holidays; $8 daily pass weekdays (7 years of age or older).
