This tastefully renovated home is in the middle of Columbia's attractions, only a few minutes to most everything in Columbia!

You are only blocks away from the miles of paved Columbia Riverwalk walking, tubing and biking trails - enjoy nature and the crackling river racing by you…. Tubing and kayak trips originate and end 1 mile from the house.

The house comfortably sleeps 4 with two beds: 14" memory foam mattresses: king in master and queen in 2nd bedroom. There is a sleeper single ottoman in the office (linens not provided)

As you enter the LIVING ROOM a multi-colored wood accent wall greets you and warmly invites you into the comfortable living area. New ceiling fans in all rooms. This accent wall sets the stage for the home’s décor & the wonderful discoveries are just beginning. Sit at the new eat-in bar and while conversing with those in the kitchen. Leather power recliner couch and two suede recliners, smart TV, along with fast internet and YouTube TV channels make your stay almost as comfy as being at home. Built in USB charging station at the bar alone with a wireless phone charger.

THE AREA: Within short drive of many breweries, bowling alley, restaurants in the revitalized River District, Amphitheater and Riverwalk, Short drive to 20 miles of walking and biking trails along the Saluda, Broad and Congaree rivers - a treasure that's so close by. Bring your fishing rods, float tubes and bikes because the Riverwalk is a TRUE treasure. Only minutes to most anywhere in Columbia you could want to be.

BEST SLEEP OF YOUR LIFE: Master bedroom has a new king 14in luxury memory foam mattress with a multi-colored accent wall, going along with the theme of the house. 2nd bedroom has a new queen 14in luxury memory foam mattress with multi-colored accent wall. Hardwood floors are throughout the single-level home.

BATHROOMs: Bathrooms feature travertine tile and has tub/shower and vanity sink with modern toilet. Hair dryer, iron, ample towels, hand towels wash cloths & washer/dryer are also provided.

KITCHEN: Shiny new stainless-steel kitchen appliances include a new microwave, stove dishwasher and icemaker. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, utensils, glasses (including wine glasses!), coffee mugs, wine opener, pitchers, spatulas, spice rack, blender, colander, plates, bowls, etc. This kitchen will make FOOD and beverages the center of your gathering. A Keurig coffee pot awaits you. Bright kitchen with recessed lighting with eat-in bar. An outdoor charcoal grill and grilling utensils are provided.

FOR THE KIDS: Board games and entertaining books are provided to entertain the kids. A large TV with channels is provided, which includes Disney and Nickelodeon channels and others that kids will love.

OUTDOORs: The covered porch is a great gathering place. Decorative white festive lights drape along the top of the back porch create a fun and memorable experience. A covered front porch greets you as you step up the few steps to enter the home. Parking for up to 3 cars and is available in front and side of the house. It's a fully fenced yard.
Porches extend the main living by 200 feet. If you like cornhole, we have that too!
