Welcome to our place under the sun on Hilton Head Island! Located in a mid-island beachfront resort, this airy condo sleeps 4, with an adjustable split king size bed, in the living room, a day bed with trundle, a designated work space, and a private balcony with ocean views so you can witness the best sunrises, summer or winter! We are steps from the sand, and our 24 hour secure gated resort is chock full of amenities! Come stay a while at King Size & Sunrises, we'd love to have you.

The space
The Primary sleep space is an open concept layout with a King size bed that is adjustable on either side for relaxing and watching TV and plenty of storage space in the well appointed closet, equipped with storage drawers, iron, ironing board and hangers.

The bright modern bath and stand in glass shower take you away to a spa like feel. A hair dryer and plenty of storage is available.

Living room is equipped with a table for four, a sitting chair, a huge smart TV and a day bed with a trundle that sleeps 2, as well as provides comfortable seating. Foot rests and side table storage make you feel right at home.

The modern and bright Kitchen has a full size fridge, and glass cooktop/oven combo. There's a keurig coffee maker with starter coffees, full size dishwasher and microwave. A toaster, and all the cookware you could possibly need are here for you, glassware and flatware as well. Tons of cabinet space.

The private balcony has seating for 4 and the sunrises are amazing!

Everything in this condo is bright, fresh and new and the added bonus is, you're just a two minute wallk to the private access boardwalk that leads you to the beach.

Pickleball and Tennis courts, fitness room, on site restaurants, beach bar, ice cream stand, pizza, 2 outdoor beachside pools and a kiddie pool, BBQ areas, playground, lake, handball/paddleball court, and on-site bike rentals are some of the things you can expect to enjoy while you are here.

There is an island trolley called The Breeze Trolley, it is FREE, and we have a stop right in front of the resort. The Breeze stops all over the island, so you wont miss a thing, even if you don't have a vehicle.

Grocery stores, shopping, and dining are yours for the adventure, all just moments outside the resort. Theres a Mini-Golf course two minutes down the road too.

Guest access
You will have full resort access the day of your arrival, regardless of the time. There are large bathrooms in the front building you can utilize where you pick up your parking pass, as well as at Jamaica Joes beach bar near the pool.
Access to the condo itself remains at 4pm, but feel free to utilize any of the resorts amentities before then.

Other things to note
One $35.00 resort pass per vehicle, per booking. Should your party require additional vehicles, please let us know as early as possible prior to your stay so that we may call in any additional passes. Initial resort pass is free, any additional vehicle resort passes needed will be charged a $35 resort pass fee.

You must be 21 to book. Thank you.

Each guest is provided 2 bath towels, a wash cloth and hand towel for their stay. Kitchen towels and bath mat are also provided, however, will not be restocked during your stay. There are laundry facilities in the building and you can purchase a laundry card for the digital machines right in the laundry room.

There are certain resort rules we'd like to inform you of...

* No hanging towels, bathing suits, etc. over the balcony railings.

* No shoes in the hallways.

* No E-Bikes

* Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am.

And lastly, our personal rule is NO SMOKING or vaping cigarettes or marijuana IN the condo OR on the balcony (Note: marijuana is illegal in SC and Security enforces this law with the local authorities). If found doing so, you will be immediately asked to leave without refund.

Smoking is allowed outside.
