Coastal elegance meets modern comfort at this stunning waterfront retreat on a serene Kennebunk peninsula. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertaining, the home features a spacious open-concept main level where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together under soaring ceilings and abundant natural light. The chef’s kitchen showcases quartz countertops, high-end appliances, under-cabinet lighting, and a generous island with seating, —all set against panoramic water views. Please note that much like many homes in the area, the bedrooms are on the first floor and the main living space is on the second in order to optimize the amazing views.

Just above the main living space, a charming loft offers the perfect hangout for kids, furnished with two cozy couches that convert into twin beds and flat screen TV this area can serve as both an additional living room for kids and a kid’s bedroom. This area and the main floor have Minisplits which serve to heat and cool the space.

With 5 spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates both large and small groups. Four of the bedrooms feature luxurious king-size beds, while the fifth is styled with two sets of bunk beds—each with trundles—designed to comfortably sleep up to six children (please note the bunk beds are not rated for adult use). For this reason, the property is best suited for a maximum of eight adults and eight children. The master bedroom features a bathroom with a double vanity and Jacuzzi tub (please note there is no shower in this bathroom). These bedrooms do not have air conditioning but we have found that enjoying the sea breeze is equally comfortable.

Whether you’re enjoying morning coffee on the deck, gathering around the dining table with loved ones, or exploring the surrounding coastline, this home offers the best of Maine living—effortlessly combining beauty, comfort, and functionality in an unforgettable coastal setting.

We have a full array of beach equipment, including 10 adult chairs, two kids chairs with umbrellas, three beach umbrellas, a cooler, a beach wagon to transport stuff, and a ton of toys for kids. It’s all located on the right side when you walk into the garage. Please make sure you return everything to where you found it.
There is ample fishing in the immediate area. Guests can fish right off the beach, or on the nearby rocks. You could also walk to the end of Great Hill Road and fish the Mausam River.
