One of the most stunning homes in all of Mérida in the best location, near the main Plaza Grande, and right in the middle of Barrios Santa Lucía, Santa Ana, and Santiago, and a short stroll to Paseo de Montejo.

The space
This is one of the most amazing renovated colonial homes in all of Mérida. Once a ruin, everything has been remodeled and updated to the highest of standards by a local renowned architect, a master of colonial restorations.

Every area of the casa has wonderful natural and electrical lighting, with ceiling fans in every room. Though the airflow is outstanding, the entry, living room, well-equipped kitchen, and all three bedrooms have their own air conditioning units. There is also an abundance of closets in every room.

However, you will likely spend most of your time in the very spacious outdoor living area. The salt water pool is large with cenote-style water fountains. There is an outdoor shower and also a full bath near the large pool (and a washer and dryer, too). The outdoor living area also has a 5:1 Sonos speaker so that you may play all your favorite songs while you enjoy the serene tropical environment. There are also Sonos speakers throughout the home.
