This well appointed studio apartment has everything you need to cook up a meal, enjoy a super large shower, land just hibernate after a busy day. Weekly and monthly stays encouraged for best savings.

The space
You will find this unique studio apartment centrally located in downtown Hanover. Shops, groceries, a laundromat, restaurants, banks, an aquatic centre, casino and the harness race track are just a short walk away. Even the beaches of south western Ontario are all within an hours drive.

Guests will be able to cook for themselves or enjoy one of the many local restaurants. Wightman's fibre optic highspeed internet is connected to the building making working from the studio easy. The unit has a large 4 foot square walk-in shower plus a separate 2 pc. washroom.
Parking is on site and there is a library and park only steps away. For weekend entertainment, local pubs have great food and live entertainment. P + H Centre offers seasonal sports like hockey with swimming available year round. Hanover also has a well maintained walking trail system for those who love the out doors. There are several golf courses in the immediate area as well as local snow mobile trails.

Since the apartment is a self contained unit, arrangements for arrivals and departures are dealt with on a booking by booking basis. Mid stay cleaning can be easily booked if stays are longer than one week. New gas hot water heat has been added plus a new mini-split cooling system.

Hanover is one of many towns in the Saugeen area. There is lots to see and do for those who wish to get away from busy city life. Get ready to breath fresh air and see the stars at night while you stroll around town or use this beautiful studio apartment as home base while you discover the area. Some of you many be returning for a visit but wish to enjoy the privacy that we can provide.

As for transportation within Hanover, there are local taxis. Getting to Hanover, come by bus which picks up and drops off at the local Pioneer Gas Bar at the east end of 10th St. (hwy #4)

For those wishing to enjoy the local spas in the area, there are lots to choose from. We also have one of the best bakeries in the area just a block away. There is also a laundromat just a block away. Harriet's Flowers, Holst Office Supplies, TD, Royal, BMO, Meridian banks are within a 5 minute walk as well as Foodland.

This open concept studio apartment is set up to give a degree of privacy with maintaining an open space. Lots of ease with coming and going. There are 4 steps at the exterior porch access then everything is on one level in the unit.

Other things to note
The downtown Hanover park, public library, town Civic Centre and town office is a block away. Parking is designated at the back of the building. Look for the sign saying "parking for Apt# 6". There is a shared laundry, cleaning equipment closet at the top of the common stairway.
Inside the unit, the cupboards have lots of dishes and cooking tools. There is space provided for storing your food.
Under the comfy Queen bed there are 4 large drawers to store your folded clothes plus you have a triple long closet to use.
Shaw satellite TV, a Cat 6 hardwire connection is right beside the kitchen table. The pool listed in the profile an indoor public one at the P&H Centre just minutes away.

I am a retired hairstylist and fellow residential short term accomodations owner. After many years of working at a career that I love, it's finally time to visit more of the world. Don't be surprised if I message you asking to come visit your area. When not playing with my grandson or organizing upgrades to my apartments, I like to meet up with family and friends to go discovering either locally or further. Food...yes, not spicy hot but anything else is just great. Interesting food, Local craft beers, that is a yes too. I have used Airbnb to stay in Dublin Ireland, Edinburgh Scotland, Dubrovnik Croatia, Kotor Montenagro, Nashville and Fort Lauderdale and Washinton in the USA. Toronto, Stratford, Cambridge and Ayr Ont, Harfnarforjur Iceland, Bellinzona, Zurich and Lausanne Switzerland, Dublin Ireland and parts of Costa Rica so far. This site is terrific and that is why I have added my 10 furnished all-inclusive short term apartments to it as well. I look forward to providing you with a place to call home for your visit. My suites and apartments have kitchens, the heart of a home. Each have comfy beds, kitchens, on-site laundry and are bright clean modern spaces.
