Il Solare is a spacious, sunny two bedroom home in a restored Palazzo. Conveniently located in the middle of Orvieto, you are steps away from everything you need. This centrally located apartment is warm and inviting, offering a peaceful place to rest after a long day of exploring the many splendors of Orvieto.

The apartment is private and on an upper floor of a beautifully restored historic building. Every room has windows that allow the Umbrian sun to warm your heart.

The space
Il Solare is located on the second floor of the Palazzo, accessible via three flights of stairs. It is composed by an entrance hall, a kitchen, a very bright living room (with decorative fireplace), two double bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and one with shower.

Guest access
The Palazzo access is directly from Corso Cavour, the main street of Orvieto, passing through the courtyard you enter the condominium door and, after two flights of stairs, you arrive at the door of the apartment.

Il Solare has recently been remodeled. It now has a modern full service chef's kitchen. The two bathrooms have new flooring, vanities, tile and showers.
