Located close to a number of colleges, and the 91 freeway, you’ll be close to everything you need while still enjoying a peaceful setting and lovely views. Tons of games for the whole family, Karaoke machine, and lots of space to gather with friends and family for movie nights and group meals.
The space
This is not a party house and we have neighbors that wake up early to go to work. Quiet hours start at 10pm so please plan outdoor activities to end at that time. Noise monitors are used at this house.

Please note! The pool does NOT have a heater and cannot be heated. It will be too cold to swim in until the summer.
The Hot Tub fee is $100 per stay which covers the heating and cleaning.
Living/Main Area:
Designed for comfort step inside and discover an open and airy interior, bathed in natural light from expansive windows. The living room invites relaxation with a top grain leather sofa, and a large 75" Samsung flat-screen TV. The sofa is also a pull-out couch that sleeps two. The round table to the side can be used to enjoy meals or play games
Karaoke! House is equipped with karaoke machine and App subscriptions, ready to go with over 70,000 up-to-date songs in English and several other languages.
Kitchen and Dining:
Unleash your inner chef in the expansive kitchen, and walk-in pantry. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample storage, as well as basic cookware, dishes and kitchen appliances. It's everything you need to prepare delectable meals.
Sleeping Areas:
- Bedroom 1 has a Queen-sized bed, 60 inch Samsung TV, walk-in closet. This room has a private bathroom.
- Bedroom 2 has a Queen-sized bed, a large closet and a dresser and mirror
- Bedroom 3 has a Queen-sized bed, a large closet and a dresser and mirror
- Bedroom 4 has Queen-sized bed, a small closet and vanity mirror
- The Living Room has a pullout queen-sized sleeper sofa that sleeps 2.
All 4 bedrooms are upstairs and 2 full bathrooms are upstairs. On the first floor, there is a pullout queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a half bath (no shower or bathtub).
Other Amenities:
High Speed wireless and wired internet. High quality linens, towels plus complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap. Fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Please note that the furnishings and decor may not be exactly the same as in the pictures as they get replaced from time to time. Various supplies, kitchen appliances, tools and toys are in the house and available for your use. Although we inspect these items after guests check out and/or before guests check in, we cannot guarantee that they are in perfect working condition or safe for your intended use. If you have any questions about how to operate something, please ask. We provide consumable household supplies (kitchen, bath and laundry) to last a few days but you may need to pick up additional supplies to last your reservation.
Pets are welcome and there is a pet fee of $50 for the reservation (maximum two pets). If your pet is not a dog that is medium sized or smaller, please inquire first about suitability. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate wolf breeds, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Pit Bulls and Rottweilers.
Guest access
Doors, Garage Doors, Gates, Access - The front door is opened and locked with a keypad. A three-car garage is available to guests to use and park cars.
The garage is opened with a keypad and you will be provided the code. No remotes are provided. Please park in the garage, and if your cars do not fit, park in the driveway next.
There is a gate at the side of the house that leads to the rear of the property. The gardener and pool man will access the backyard for regular service via the gate.
There is a closet inside the house and a closet inside the garage that is locked and used as storage. Please do not access these areas.
