Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of a few locked owner’s closets that are not available for guest use.
We have 4 parking spaces available. 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There is no street parking / stopping allowed. The HOA will fine and tow your vehicle.
Snow removal cannot be guaranteed at the exact time of your arrival or departure. During winter months, we strongly recommend using an all-wheel or four-wheel drive vehicle to access the property safely.
Please note that resort hours, amenities, and availability (including slopes, restaurants, and other facilities) are determined solely by the resort and are subject to change without notice.
Shuttle Service runs on a limited basis in the winter to the resort.
turnovi and cannot guarantee access, availability, or operating hours for any resort-managed amenities. The resort is a PAID ACCESS resort.
In the summer months, guests will have access to two shared outdoor pools, as well as playground areas and tennis courts located within the HOA community. The two pools have a limit of 10 guests at each home at a time.
Please note that amenity hours, maintenance, and availability are managed by the HOA, and turnovi cannot guarantee access or operation at any given time.
