The space
The feel-good oasis stretches over two floors. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms including a 43-inch SMART TV, one sep. Toilet with a large roof terrace, where you can relax on sun loungers when the weather is nice. The comfortable box spring beds can be provided both as a double bed and as single beds and thus offer many possibilities.

There is a cozy kitchen-living room on the ground floor, which invites you to linger. Whether for breakfast or for a dinner in Allgäu flair, here you can cook and sit together.

In the living area on the ground floor, a cozy sofa, which can also be converted into two more beds, invites you to cozy TV evenings with a 50 "SMART TV. A large dining table can accommodate 6 people, whether they are traveling with friends or family or just want to invite guests from here, they have a view of the adjoining outdoor area of the house.

The outdoor area also offers a beautiful view of the valley like the terrace and on beautiful evenings you can grill here or just enjoy the evening sun together.

In addition, there are 2 car parking spaces available, which can be used comfortably and safely. If you need additional space, it is possible to rent 1-2 garages. These garages are available at an extra cost and provide extra protection and safety for your vehicle.

From Fellheim (Allgäu) they have many opportunities to explore the area, they are very close to the Allgäu with all its sights, the royal castles and much more. For children, there is the Legoland, the skyline park, the Peppa Pig Park, the Ravensburger Spieleland, the Center Park in Leutkirch and many smaller excursion destinations such as the Hib and Dip, which they can reach after a walk along the Iller and where they can dine both in the Württembergian and Bavarian parts or the antique town which invites you to linger in Günz and many, much, much more…..!

You will have exclusive access to the whole house, outdoor area and garage during your stay. This allows you to feel completely comfortable in your own private oasis.

After your booking, we will send you a personal access code that allows you to enter the house at any time within your booking period. Please note that the code will be deactivated at 11am on the day of departure, so access to the house is no longer possible after that.
