Other things to note
Pets
If you wish to bring a pet, a $100 pet fee per stay applies. Please note the property is not fully fenced, so we kindly ask that pets remain on a leash at all times to avoid encounters with local wildlife. Additionally, please clean up after your pet and keep them off all furniture.

Kids
For children under 13 traveling with you, a $100 fee applies to set up a 5-foot safety fence around the pool for liability purposes. Please inform us in advance if you require this setup.

Pool Heating
If you’d like the pool to be pre-heated and ready for your arrival, please just let us know at least 48 hours prior to your stay as the pool heats up 1 degree per hour. To heat the pool (86 degrees), the supplemental per day charge is $250, which is what we get charged by the propane company. Please note that pool heating is for the entire length of your stay. The spa is heated at no additional charge.

Pool Service
To maintain the pool in top condition, it is serviced every Tuesday and Friday morning. The technician will go directly to the pool and spa to complete the service. For your privacy, please be aware that they will be present during this time.

Early Check-In
Early check-in is available for $100 for up to 2 hours, subject to availability.

Late Check-Out
Late check-out is not available.

Photoshoots & Events
If you're interested in using the property for a photoshoot or event, please contact us before booking, as special rules and fees apply. Unauthorized shoots or events are strictly prohibited and will result in fines.

Unauthorized Guests
Our vacation rental permit allows for:
- Up to 8 guests & 3 vehicles overnight
- Up to 12 guests & 6 vehicles during the day
There are no exceptions to this policy. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund, and any county fines related to non-compliance will be passed on to you.

Wildlife
Expect to see wildlife during your stay, including coyotes, rabbits, hawks, and lizards. Please maintain a safe distance and be mindful of potential encounters.

Liability Waiver
By booking this property and using any of its amenities (sauna, pool, etc.), you agree not to hold the hosts responsible or liable for any injuries or harm incurred while on the property.
