Everything to have a good stay(equipped kitchen, TV, children's games, books,barbecue) outdoor terrace with garden furniture where you will pick up our wifi. Hangar available for your motorcycles,bikes. enclosed courtyard and free parking NO LINENS OR TOWELS (other linen listing included). Towel, shower mat, small grocery store , household products provided. Highway 4 km away, Futuroscope, Bougon tumulus, Marais Poitevin, Monkey Valley

The space
You will have, on the ground floor, a small entrance with a closet, a living room including an equipped kitchen area (LL and LV, a refrigerator, oven and induction hob 2 fires, etc.), a dining area, a living area with a 140 cm sofa bed, a flat screen and a DVD player (library provided, board games), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom, with 2 beds of 90 cm*200 cm that can be paired to make a double bed of 180 cm, 1 pull-out bed with 2 beds of 90 cm*200 cm that can also be transformed into a double bed of 180 cm. Quite steep milling ladder staircase. A door, shelves and closed furniture. In the enclosed and secure courtyard, a small terrace area awaits you with garden furniture and blind where you will pick up our wifi (no wifi in the accommodation)

Our large courtyard can be made available to park your vehicles and that children can let off steam (on request) as well as our hangar for your bikes and motorcycles. Our chicken coop is available to drop off your leftover food as well as a composter.
