Gadd Spring Inn is a historic home located just a couple minutes walk from historic downtown. The 6 person Group pack provides full use of the property with 3 Suites, several decks, outdoor garden areas, and off street parking. Our “Grotto” or Spring room, is a unique common area in the home where you can view the Gadd Spring, one of the many natural springs in the Eureka Springs area.

The space
Gadd Spring Inn is a +140 year old historic home located on Main Street in the heart of Eureka Springs. The home is divided into 3 separate Suites. The largest being Garden Suite taking up the entire 2nd floor of the home. Park Suite and Main Street Suite split the square footage of the 1st floor of the home. All Suites have their own private outside entry door, heating & cooling, and interior doors to a common hallway. The hallway access allows for groups to interact and also provides access to our “Grotto” where the Gadd Spring is located. On the exterior of the home, each Suite has its own deck or porch to take in the views during your stay, and includes a beautiful two tiered garden, and charming City park next door.

Guest access
There is off street parking for the upper unit (Garden Suite) on the 2nd level as well as off street parking on the 1st level for the lower units. All Suites have private entrances.

Other things to note
The property has stairs and sloped garden areas. The Garden Suite parking has some steep points of access typical of Eureka Springs. The Park Suite and Main St. Suite parking is just off Main Street. Guests using the 6 person Group pack can park in the upper or lower parking areas. 3 car maximum.
