The townhouse is from 1850 and is modernized in 2024 with underfloor heating in the kitchen, utility room and bathroom.

The space
We have owned the house since 1981 and renovated the house 3 times. Most recently in 2024, where the whole house is freshly painted, floors sanded off and new nice terrace is made on 1. Sal with a view and the most beautiful park and marsh.
You get 105 m2 on the 2nd floor.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed (daybed 190 cm x 140 cm), dining room, modern kitchen, laundry room and bathroom with underfloor heating.
On the 1st floor is a lovely living room with Tønder's best view (see photos!), bedroom with double bed (200 cm x 140 cm ). In addition, there is a large loft with 2 extra sleeping places (2 x 200 cm x 90 cm).
From the living room there is access to the terrace on the 1st floor with a fantastic view of the Sculpture Park and Tøndermarsken. Here, breakfast and lunch can be fully enjoyed. If it gets too hot, you can use the patio, which also has both dining area and relaxation chair.
Despite the location in the city center, it's quiet and lovely all year round.
The house has district heating and can also be supplemented with a wood-burning stove in winter.
Tønder city is rich in culture, history and music (Tønder Festival – last week in August). Tønder's beautiful pedestrian street with many different shops, cafes and restaurants is also worth a visit.
There are 4 good eateries within 300 meters. See manual!
The phenomenon of 'Black Sol' can be experienced in March-April and again in September-October, when 100,000's of stardom dances in the sky just before sunset.
The lovely and beautiful island – Rømø, with Europe's widest and largest beach is only 40 minutes away by car.
The German island of Sylt (Sylt – Germany's response to Monaco) can also be visited within 1 hour drive by car and train from Niebøll.

Guest access
The entire home is at your disposal including all outdoor doors.
There is a ladder up to the loft from the living room on the 1st floor.
Bed linen and towels can be rented for 20€ (150kr) per set during your rental period.
Let us know in a timely manner.
However, we recommend that you bring your own bed linen and towels.
Other things to note
Off and loading can be done at the house on the street. Parking is made at Tønderhallerne about 300 meters from the house (free).
We have a lockbox in the shed with a key. The code for the lockbox will be provided 3 days prior to arrival.
Power consumption is included.
Please bring:
-The bed in the bedroom. Sheets and linen (140cm x 200cm). -Daybed (160cm x 200cm).
-To the loft is brought 2 x 90 x 200 cm linen and sheets.
-towels
NB: bed linen can be purchased for 20€ (150kr) per set during the rental period. Please disclose this well in advance of arrival.
