Prainha Flat's is very well located, close to the best beaches of São Francisco do Sul, as well as bars, restaurants, and a supermarket, all within walking distance.
The property has 6 Flats with a separate entrance and well-lit parking in front of the property, monitored by cameras.
The Flats were designed with the well-being and comfort of guests in mind, with custom-made furniture, modern equipment, new appliances and utensils of excellent quality.
In addition, in the outdoor area, guests have at their disposal a terrace with a wonderful Jacuzzi with chromotherapy and a pearl bath, a super sunny deck with tables, sun loungers, a swimming pool and waterfall, and a fully paved and wooded patio. We value a quiet and family atmosphere, to provide pleasant days of rest and leisure for all guests. To ensure a great experience and harmonious coexistence during the stay, there are rules of mutual respect that must be followed.
