Our beautiful newly designed apartment is located in Gaggenau (Gaggenau towards Michelbach).

We, a young and cheerful family, offer you our apartment in the beautiful northern Black Forest.

For fitters, private individuals, business people, family with children!

The space
Look forward to 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed for 2 people), a bathroom with shower/bathtub, toilet and sink, a living room (sofa bed for 2 people) with dining area, kitchen with equipped kitchenette, fridge, kitchen appliances, sink, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and stove with cooktop.

In one bedroom and living room there is a TV for a cozy evening.

Since the rooms face the garden, it is quiet and you can sleep well.

The apartment is equipped with an oil central heating, which can be adjusted manually.

Free Wi-Fi and a free parking space at the house are also available.

Towels and linens are provided.

Attention: when booking for two guests, a room with two beds will be provided. For three guests or more, both bedrooms will be used.
If you want to use both bedrooms for two guests, there is an additional cleaning fee of €25 per stay. Please let us know this in advance of booking.

A washing machine is not available in the apartment itself. In the shared laundry room, however, there is a separate washing machine for the apartment for long-term bookers (more than 20 days).

The apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a 3-party house, is about 63 square meters and is suitable for 1 to 4 (max. 6) people.

Through the shared main entrance, access to the apartment is via the stairwell.

In the entrance area of the house is a camera.

In general, you are about a 2-minute walk to the bus stop, about a 15-minute walk to the city center, as well as to the train and even shorter to the forest for a relaxing walk.

From here you can reach all the health resorts and spas in the area within a very short time.

In the immediate vicinity of Baden-Baden, Rastatt, Karlsruhe, Baiersbronn, Gernsbach, Strasbourg, Black Forest, Karlsruhe/Baden Baden Airport, at the foot of Merkur, the gateway to the Black Forest, ideal for hikers (e.g. the Murgleiter hikes), adventurers and bikers.
