The space
**Access:**
The property is easily accessible year-round by any vehicle—no high-clearance or 4x4 required. To ensure a fully paved route, please avoid the route from galena bay through Trout Lake. If you plan to explore forest service roads, a high-clearance or 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Google Maps may suggest a ferry route; all local ferries are free, frequent, and require no booking—just drive on. For more info check BC Inland Ferries website. If you’d like to avoid ferries, let us know and we can suggest alternate routes.

Master Bedroom:

There’s ample closet shelf space for your clothes and a hanger for summer dresses.

Loft Bedroom 1:
Cozy queen loft with a memory foam mattress, accessed by stairs—ideal for waking up to birdsong. Includes both shelf and hanger space for smaller items. Please note: Access may be difficult for guests with mobility issues; the master bedroom is best suited for those requiring easier access.

Loft Bedroom 2:
A twin loft, accessed by ladder, perfect for adventurous guests or older children (8+ years). Features a plush Purple luxury twin mattress and views of the bluffs and forest. Please note: Access may be difficult for guests with mobility issues; the master bedroom is best suited for those requiring easier access.

Bathroom:
Spa-inspired with heated floors, a flush toilet, a luxurious tub/shower combo, and a washer/dryer combo for ultimate comfort.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped for gourmet meals, with a dual induction stovetop, gas oven, full-size dishwasher, and all essential appliances (microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker) plus a selection of spices.

Living Area:
Relax with a smart TV, streaming apps, and A/C throughout. The dedicated workspace in the mudroom offers inspiring views and heated floors.

Outdoor Living:
Step outside to three spacious decks with dining furniture, firetable, BBQ, and outdoor shower. Enjoy the 18’ round above-ground pool (seasonal as it’s not heated), electric cedar hot tub, and electric cedar barrel sauna for up to six. The firepit area is perfect for evenings under the stars, with unlimited firewood provided at no additional cost.

The Property:
Set on 7 private acres, Enchanted Bluff House is surrounded by dramatic, quartz and lichen rich rock bluffs that create a unique microclimate—often several degrees warmer than the surrounding area, extending your pool season and inviting you to linger outdoors. The bluffs radiate warmth and energy, contributing to the magical feel of the land.

Wildlife is abundant—deer, turkey, ermines, birds, bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds are frequent visitors, while rare sightings have also included mule deer, elk, coyotes, wolves, and bears. Our regenerative efforts are just beginning: we’re restoring the land using permaculture principles and planting only native species to support local pollinators and wildlife. You’ll notice a hugelkultur berm leading to the sauna, designed to regenerate soil and attract bees, butterflies, and more. Each guest stay directly supports our vision to transform this land into a thriving oasis, showcasing what’s possible when humans give back to nature. In the future, we hope to host unique events and special celebrations, sharing the beauty and splendor of this wilderness with even more people (please inquire).

At night, the magic continues—clear skies and nearly no light pollution reveal breathtaking views of the Milky Way, distant galaxies, and, on special nights, the aurora borealis. It’s a perfect place to witness celestial events and reconnect with the wonder of the night sky.

* Please Note: Pool is seasonal and dependent upon local temperatures- pool closure may occur during early or mid October- dependent upon when the area is likely to receive its first frost.
