Bring your love for the beach, need for relaxation, and appreciation of art and design, because this one checks all the boxes. Just a short walk to the sand via private beach access, a well stocked kitchen, private 'outdoor-room' style balcony, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people, this Beach Vacation Resort condo will take you away! A certified interior designer has made his home a special place to visit and we are proud to share it with you!

The space
This condo sleeps 6 (4 adults and two children) with a comfortable queen bed in the primary bedroom, and plenty of storage.
There are 2 cot-sized, galley-style bunks for the smaller humans, and a fabulous split-sleeper sofa that sleeps either one or two, depending on how you choose to open it, one side or both.

The balcony has a cafe feel and a view of the Atlantic in the distance. There's 4 comfortable chairs, a table for two, and side tables. Bring the touch lights outside at night for a romantic summer evening.

The kitchen is plenty stocked from cutting boards to starter coffee. Enjoy the islands many restaurants, but feel free to prep at home too, it's easy here. There's also a two seater bistro style glass top table.

Your front door is open to the outside, a desireable section of the building as you are not in a "hallway", but rather the "wing" section. A keyless entry makes going in and out super convenient.

Two beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand spike are supplied for your convenience.

There are restaurants and a beach bar, bike rentals and pickle ball, picnic area and lake, pro sports shop and a handball court all located inside the resort. But if you want to venture out, there's also the Breeze Island Trolley that stops outside the entrance of the resort to take you around the island, and it's free!
Feel free to rent a bike here too, they are available by the security gate and the entire island is connected by bike trail, so there isn't anywhere you can't go!

Kroger supermarket, minigolf, restaurants and shopping are just a few minutes outside the resort, either by bike or car.

Guest access
As our guest, you have complete access to the entire resort and all it's amenities and beach access points from the date of your check-in day to midnight on the day of your check-out.

Please be aware however, that check in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am, and these times are enforced, even though you have full resort access.

Other things to note
One $35.00 resort pass per vehicle, per booking. Should your party require additional vehicles, please let us know as early as possible prior to your stay so that we may call in any additional passes. Initial resort pass is free, any additional vehicle resort passes needed will be charged a $35 resort pass fee.

You must be 21 to book. Thank you.

Each guest is provided 2 bath towels, a wash cloth and hand towel for their stay. Kitchen towels and bath mat are also provided, however, will not be restocked during your stay. There are laundry facilities in the building and you can purchase a laundry card for the digital machines right in the laundry room.

There are certain resort rules we'd like to inform you of...

* No hanging towels, bathing suits, etc. over the balcony railings.

* No shoes in the hallways.

* No E-Bikes

* Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am.

And lastly, our personal rule is NO SMOKING or vaping cigarettes or marijuana IN the condo OR on the balcony (Note: marijuana is illegal in SC and Security enforces this law with the local authorities). If found doing so, you will be immediately asked to leave without refund.

Smoking is allowed outside.
