This cozy accommodation is located on the first floor at the back of the building, offering a peaceful environment with minimal noise. The building has 8 other accommodations, and there are 3 unmarked open parking spaces. To ensure everyone has a spot, please park in a way that allows others to park as well. If no space is available, feel free to park on the street right in front of the accommodation.

Living in a warm climate, we do have some insects around. To combat this, we've installed a special drain in the bathroom that helps keep them out. The only thing to note is that the drain works slowly, so please be mindful when showering. If water runs continuously, the bathroom may flood. If you’d like to speed up the drain, you can temporarily remove a small round plug in the middle. We also recommend keeping doors and windows closed to prevent any mosquitoes. And to avoid attracting more insects, please place any food scraps in the trash, clean up spills, and take the trash out regularly.

For your safety, we have a smoke detector installed. To avoid triggering it (and to prevent a greasy atmosphere), always turn on the exhaust fan when cooking. This simple step will keep the space comfortable and safe for everyone.

About the environment: It is a regular area, middle class, residential mixed with commercial. It is not a particularly pretty area but it is generally quiet and very well located since it is central. The accommodation is beautiful and extremely well equipped, I would say that the only thing it does not have is electrical backup and blackouts are almost non-existent in the area. Nearby there is a Gym which, in addition to being convenient, could also generate some noise due to the music they play for their exercise routines, there is also a closed Fish Market and sometimes they block the way on the street. The Fish Market could very occasionally generate strange odors when they are receiving containers with their products. They also occasionally make noises when starting trucks like those with cooling systems.

On whether the area is safe: We have lived in this area for more than 20 years and an eventuality has never occurred. Anyway, here are some suggestions. Always leave your vehicle securely locked and with your locks on, leave all windows in your vehicle fully closed. Do not leave objects unattended outside your accommodation. Don't leave chairs unattended on the balcony. When it is already dark, do not walk far from the accommodation or walk around the city.
