- The unit at 105 Grace Street (room 302) is located on the 3rd floor (top) and is accessible via staircase. *PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NOT AN ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING.
- Easily walk to the Cape Fear River front and many other attractions. that downtown Wilmington offers.
- Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, breweries, and shops are all walkable.
- Less than a mile to Live Oak Bank Pavilion

** Smoking/Vaping is permitted OUTDOORS ONLY.
** Pets(2 Max) are welcome with a $20 per pet fee. Any damage or excessive cleaning may require additional cleaning fees.
** Guests that checkout later than the agreed upon time will be charged a late fee.
