Doc’s Cottages is a charming, family-owned and operated retreat nestled in Stateline, Nevada, just steps from the shores of Lake Tahoe. Established in 1932 by Vincent Francis “Doc” Hughes, a World War I medic, the property has maintained its warm, welcoming atmosphere for nearly a century. The space
Doc's Cottages is located behind Caesars Republic (Formerly Harveys Casino Resort). Walking distance from the Lake, Casinos, Restaurants & Shopping. The Heavenly Gondola is only a 10 minute walk from Cottage 9.
Cottage 9 has 2 Bedrooms, Dining Room & Kitchen.
Room 1: Queen Size Bed, Room 2: Queen Size Bed, Front Area with BBQ, table, umbrella, and chairs. This cottage has 2 parking spaces. This is our largest cottage for 4 people.
The kitchen has a stove and oven, microwave, full refridgerator and freezer, toaster, coffee maker (drip & Kuerig), utensils, glassware, wine glasses, coffee mugs, plates and HENCKELS Paradigm 11–pc Cookware Set (Stainless Steel & Non Stick). Set Includes:

Cuisinart 12-piece Essential, Durable Stainless-Steel Utensil/Tool Set: Includes one of each: whisk, peeler, can opener, pizza cutter, solid spoon, slotted spoon, solid turner, slotted turner, silicone spatula, ice cream scoop, 12” nylon tongs, and 12” stainless-steel tongs.
There are also paper towels, kitchen towels, dish soap, sponge, BBQ utensils, BBQ brush & more.
2 Smart TVs (Use Internet Streaming Services & Live TV). TVs are located in the bedrooms. Air Conditioning During Summer Months.
Bathroom has a tub & shower. You can request addional towels and toiletries at any time by Texting Dave.
🎵 A Note on the Neighborhood Ambiance:
From May through October, gentle live music from Basecamp Brewery — located just across the street — occasionally drifts through the evening air. Performances feature intimate one- or two-piece bands and always conclude by 10 PM. On mild winter afternoons, you may also hear a few light daytime tunes, weather permitting. We share this in the spirit of transparency, so our guests can fully embrace Tahoe’s vibrant charm while still enjoying the comfort and tranquility of their stay.

Doc's Cottages also has a common area between cottages 3 and 5, right in front of Cotttage 4 where you can enjoy a fire pit, BBQs, table and chairs.
You must bring your own wood for the firepit or purchase boxes of wood at Safeway. You need to provide your own charcoal for the charcoal BBQs. We provide propane gas for the gas BBQs. Cottage 9 has a gas bbq outside the front porch area.
