The whole group will enjoy easy access to all things Sandusky from this centrally located condo. This waterfront, first floor condo is one of the best locations to stay in downtown Sandusky! The view is breathtaking! You can enjoy the sunrise AND the sunset from the patio! You can walk to all the downtown restaurants, shops, along with Cedar Point and Lake Erie Island ferries in season. Or stay back and enjoy the gym and/or the pool/hot tub/grilling area in the summer months.

The space
A bright, modern and airy space offering breathtaking water views from the kitchen/living room and outdoor patio. The condo includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with open living room/kitchen with table and seating for six. The master bedroom has king bed dazzling chandelier and en-suite bathroom with two sinks, toilet and full shower. The secondary bedroom has queen bed with ceiling fan. There is a hallway bathroom next to the secondary bedroom with sink, toilet and full shower. The living area couch has full size pullout bed. The large outdoor patio includes table with chairs and two restful rocking chairs to enjoy the morning sunrise and evening sunsets and all nature and water activity throughout the day.

Guest access
You will have full access to the condo along with pool and hot tub access in the summer months (typically Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Other amenities include onsite gym, onsite washer and dryers accepting credit cards and outdoor grill near pool.

Two parking passes are included.

The building complex does not permit parking for boats, RV’s, trailers or other oversized vehicles. There is a public parking lot nearby for them but it is not gated or monitored

Please note that we do make exceptions to the cancellation and encourage purchase of travel insurance prior to booking.

Parties, Gatherings, Noise and Disturbances - Guests are expected to respect the condo and the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise or other offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. Violators will be subject to local laws and/or fines imposed by our condo association and will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refund. Condo association quiet hours are from 11pm-7am.

Our city permit does limit the number of guests in our condo. The total number of guests permitted in the condo at one time is 6. Security cameras are installed in the hallways and the outdoor areas of the condo. Tampering with any monitoring devices is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal with no refund. No recording devices are installed inside the condo.

Minimum age to book the condo is 21. Valid identification may be requested of the booking guest to verify age.

Building maintenance and projects are performed from time to time without notice to the owners. This may result in unusable amenities, obstructed view and noise.

The kitchen offers a drip coffee maker and a keurig.

Complimentary water and snacks are also provided along with icemaker in freezer.

Traditional cable television is not offered in the condo. The TV’s in the living room and bedrooms are equipped to allow guests to login using their own streaming passwords.

High speed internet is offered to our condo guests

Washer and Dryers are available in the building for guests that accept credit card payment

No firearms or fireworks are allowed on in the condo or patio.

No guest pets are allowed in the condo or on the grounds.
