Lower floor:
- Bedroom #3: 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, closet, and full bathroom
- Dining area with table seating 5
- Living room with Smart TV, full-size futon, and TwinXL futon
- Full kitchen with:
- Appliances: refrigerator, stove, microwave, rice cooker, slow cooker, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, kettle, waffle maker
- Washer and dryer in kitchen closet (may be noisy, but they work great!)

Outdoor spaces:
- Terrace with grill and wood fire pit (please clean after use)
- Driveway parking
