The Cottage is ideally located just 10 miles from Texas A&M University and Kyle Field, less than 15 minutes from South College Station’s dining and shopping hotspots, and only a short drive from Peach Creek Ranch—perfect for guests attending events or weddings.

The space
Welcome to The Cottage at Topsider Farm, a charming private suite nestled between the main barn and the pastures of our privately owned equestrian center. Wake up to peaceful country views and the quiet rhythm of farm life.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living space with a kitchenette (mini-fridge + microwave), a cozy lounge area with Roku TV, and a sofa that converts into a full-size bed for an additional guest. The bedroom features a plush queen bed and a full bathroom. A room-darkening curtain lets you easily separate the sleeping and bath area from the rest of the suite for added privacy.

Windows look out over the turnout pastures, giving you a front-row seat to our horses as they graze. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, tranquility, and scenic farm charm.

Guest access
The property is secured by a gate 24/7. All confirmed guests will receive a personalized gate code prior to arrival.

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire Cottage during your stay. The parking area is shared with farm staff and other visitors to Topsider Farm. Guests are welcome to explore the grounds and enjoy time around the horses—just please refrain from feeding them or entering any fenced pastures.

Other things to note
Please note that the Cottage is not child-proofed, and the property includes typical farm-related hazards such as electric fencing, horses, and local wildlife. For this reason, the space may not be suitable for young children.

Our barn operates daily from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, so you may see us or our staff around the property during those hours. Morning activity is generally quiet, so you should still be able to sleep in without disturbance.

Cell service in the area can be spotty (AT&T tends to work best), but we provide strong, reliable Wi-Fi to help ensure you stay connected.
