The space
Older, well-maintained countryside property where the entire attic floor of the old farmhouse is available for rent, featuring two lovely spacious rooms and a cozy living area. There is a private entrance with a hallway and a large bathroom located near the entrance.
The house is situated in open surroundings, close to a quiet road and with good distance to neighbors.
From the house, you can enjoy views of the open landscape and, weather permitting, a starry night sky (– we even saw the Northern Lights this spring...), and take in the cozy atmosphere of the enclosed courtyard.
Between the buildings, there's a charming enclosed courtyard filled with the scent of herbs and open-air tomatoes. From the courtyard, there's access to a covered terrace with a daybed, gas/charcoal grill, outdoor kitchen, and a firepit with benches. It’s often windy out here, but there are several sheltered spots to enjoy.
Here, you can listen to the lark, the lapwing, the blackbird, and sparrows... and, of course, the chickens. Behind the outbuilding live eight pampered hens who cluck in the morning as they lay eggs for breakfast (we don’t have a rooster!).
From the courtyard, there is entry into the hallway, which includes a staircase and access to your own newly renovated bathroom.
The property was recently fitted with a ground source heat pump, supplemented by solar heating.
We have fiber internet and excellent 5G coverage.
The ground floor and the extension of the house are occupied by the hosts, Dorthe and Peter, and their Labrador dog, Frigg.

Guest access
Guests have access with their own key to the entrance, from here there is access to the bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Stairs lead to the attic, to the living room where there is a small kitchenette with fridge and TV. In the living room there is a dining table with 4 chairs, with a view of the courtyard.
Outdoors, there is a cozy courtyard, with access to a barbecue, outdoor kitchen and covered terrace.

I'm a retired teacher, and have lived most of my life at Mors. The area around Limfjorden, and this living in the countryside close to nature is something that I would like to share with my guests. It's quiet when there's no noise, and it's dark at night, - we see a starry sky very often. Our house is therefore the center of my daily life and I love to puzzle about it.
