This single story 5 bedroom home was built in 1938 and is the most notable home in the historical Colee Hammock area of Ft. Lauderdale. The 2 Common areas provide plenty of space for your group. There is adequate sleeping space… 3 Queen beds, 4 twin beds, 1 full bed, 1 pull out sofa, and 1 futon ensures that everyone in your group sleeps comfortably. Barbeque on the deck and eat under the covered porch. Walk out your bedroom door to the sun deck and Private Heated Pool.
The home is just steps from the world famous Las Olas Blvd, home to all the local shops, restaurants, and hot spots. No need to rent a car. You will be located right in the center of it all. The property has a beautiful backyard with a heated pool and very large deck area which are the focal point of the house.
