This stunning, 2 bed/2 bath renovated condo is located at the base of Mt. Crested Butte. Updated furniture throughout ensures a modern & inviting living space. Unwind on the deck with coffee & enjoy the stunning views. 2 parking spaces included, one is in the garage.

We are conveniently located .4 miles (~10 min) walk from the Silver Queen lift at the base area. If you are seeking a winter getaway or a summer adventure, this is perfect for you!

The space
As you enter after a day on the slopes, enjoy the warm glow of the electric fireplace and the updated, inviting interior. The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, new slab countertops and it opens up to a dining and living area, making it ideal for gatherings. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a King bed, TV, electric fireplace, and private bath. Bedroom 2 is equipped with two full beds, a TV, an electric fireplace, and a full bathroom across the hall. The exterior showcases a large deck to enjoy coffee and take in the mountain views. All furnishings are brand new, including new mattresses and bedding. The complex comes complete with a hot tub and grilling area.

The hot tub is open from 9am-9pm. Please be aware, that the hot tub is closed during the off seasons. It's not available in the fall from October 1 until the ski resort opens in November; in the spring it's closed from the ski area's closing date (early April - TBD) until Friday before Memorial Day.

You will have use of the entire unit. Check-in details are provided to you after you book. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property. There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
