Located in a side street of Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, which is the turning point of the city of Catania. In the middle of it all and yet quietly located.

The access to the air-conditioned duplex apartment is on the first floor and has a private entrance.

In the lower part of the apartment you will find both the living and dining area as well as the bathroom. The illuminated real wood staircase leads to the upper area of the apartment. There is the bedroom with a comfortable king bed.
