Located in a condominium, on the second floor. Convenient for walking to the beach, reaching it in two minutes!
“Sun and Sea” offers access to a balcony (sea and mountain view) and free private parking, with access in the controlled Village.
Possibility to enjoy the suggestive sunsets, on the left the Gulf of Lamezia Terme, and on clear days you can see the Stromboli Volcano in the sea.
Guest access
The entire house is at your complete disposal, the equipped kitchen, sheets and towels at no additional cost, TV, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, oven, washing machine, air conditioner and attic fan, and more (see "SERVICES"). There is wi-fi!
Adjacent to the structure there are two (renowned) restaurants and a pizzeria.
