The space
42’ walk-up style 5th Wheel easily accommodates up to 4 guests. 1 King bed and 1 king-sized split-twin pull out bed. Features a full size kitchen and large bath with double-sinks and large walk-in shower. All protected under an RV port with outside patio area where you can relax with a small gas fire pit in the cooler evenings or enjoy some hammock time. 2 Lg-screen TVs for your viewing pleasure in both living area and bedroom.
Outside laundry facilities are included.
Guest access
The key is kept in a lock box and code is provided prior to your occupancy. The area is not fenced but feel free to explore the property around the RV and driveway which makes a complete loop around the property.
Areas are being cleared to accommodate a larger pavilion and outdoor kitchen space behind the RV.
A permanent resident occupies a separate RV space so please be mindful of the privacy of the residents in the main house and other areas.
