The space
This 1 bedroom cozy corner unit apartment is located on the first upper floor and has the best view of the turquoise ocean and pool areas of our beach front condominium called Brisas. It is perfect for couples or 3 adults or 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). The Condominium counts with direct access to the beach and it is located in the Cancun Hotel Zone at km 19 (only 15 minutes from the airport). It is a very quiet area close to restaurants and malls. It has security 24 hours.
Kitchen is fully equipped, TV, WIFI, air conditioning in the kitchen and bedroom, working space for your computer.

Ese lindo departamento de una recamara se encuentra en la esquina en primer piso y tiene la mejor vista del mar turquesa del caribe mexicano y de las areas del condominio Brisas. El Condominio tiene acceso directo a la playa y está ubicado al comienzo de la Zona Hotelera cerca del aeropuerto (solo 15 minutos) al km 19 y cerca de restaurantes y plazas comerciales. Cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas.
La cocina esta completa de electrodomésticos, hay una TV smart, aire acondicionado en la cocina y recamara, Wifi y un escritorio para computadora.
La recamara cuenta con una cama king size y un sofa cama semidoble de 190cm x 120 cm, es perfecto para parejas, tres adultos o 2 adultos con 2 niños.
Guest access
You will be able to access all areas of the condominium like pool area, tennis court, beach, laundry and convenience store when wearing your resort bracelet that will be provided upon arrival or left in the apartment for you to wear.
Parking is allowed just outside the entrance of the condominium, on the left, where there is 24 hours security, at no extra charge. Inside the condominium it is 200 pesos per day.
Podrán ingresar a todas las áreas del condominio como alberca, cancha de tenis, playa, tienta, lavandería etc. al tener su brazalete identificativo que le sera proporcionado a la llegada o lo encuentran en el departamento.
El estacionamiento esta disponible justo afuera del condominio con seguridad las 24 horas sin cobro adicional. Adentro del condominio es un costo adicional de 200 pesos por dia.

. VISITORS
The condominium does not allow Guests to bring in visitors that are not announced or previously registered with the apartment and therefore were given the bracelet.
Please let us know in advance if you are planning to have a visitor. The number of visitors is subject to availability and occupancy of the apartment. Thank you.

El estacionamiento gratuito esta disponible justo afuera del condominio a la izquierda de la caseta de seguridad, las 24 horas con seguridad. El estacionamiento de adentro tiene costo adicional de 200 pesos por dia.
. VISITA DE HUESPEDES:
El condominio prohíbe la entrada de visitas de huéspedes que no sean previamente anunciadas y registradas en la unidad y se le haya proporcionado el brazalete. Por favor déjenos saber si planean tener visitas, el cupo es sujeto y limitado a la ocupación maxima del departamento. Gracias por su comprensión!
