The Ideal Location for a Relaxing Vacation! 2 rooms, 2 baths huge Apartment! Ocean view covered terrace, a few steps away from the beach and pool. Located inside Condominios Brisas in the Cancun Zona Hotelera. Ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, Smart TV, A/C. Close to restaurants and malls, 24h security, parking, self check in available! Sleeps 6 to 7 people but you can combine it with another apartment next door if you are a larger group! Please let us know!

The space
The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms: master bedroom with king size bed and a sofa bed and another bedroom with a queen size bed. Very spacious living room with 2 more sofa beds. Sleeps comfortably 7/8 people with children. There are 2 bathrooms with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffe machine. Wi Fi is available. A/C in all rooms. This is a large 115 sqm (1200 sqft) condo with a 12 sqm (130 sqft) porch area facing the ocean and a semi-private garden in front of the porch where you can relax and lay in the sun. Ground floor just a few steps away from the condominium pool and beach access.

You will be able to access all areas of the condominium like pool area, tennis court, beach, laundry and convenience store when wearing your resort bracelet which will be provided to you upon arrival or you will find it in the apartment.
Parking is free outside the entrance of the condominium, on the left, where there is 24 hours security, inside the gate it is 200 pesos per day.
