This beautiful apartment is located inside a beach front condominium with pool and beach access called Brisas Cancun. The apartment is on the second floor in the corner, with beautiful views of both the Ocean and the Cancun Lagoon sunsets! Spacious and clean, perfect for families of 4 or 5 people. Fully equipped kitchen, wifi and air conditioning in the bedroom. 24 hours security. Perfect for a relaxing vacation!

Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the bedroom, ceiling fans, closets, Wifi, parking on the premises, 24 hours security, access to pool and beach, lounge chairs available, parking and a little restaurant inside the Condiminium. Perfect for families and friends!

You will be able to access all areas of the condominium like pool area, tennis court, beach, laundry and convenience store when wearing your resort bracelet that will be provided upon arrival or left in the apartment for you to wear.
Parking is free outside the entrance of the condominium, on the left, where there is 24 hours security, inside the gate it is 200 pesos per day.
