BEACH ROOM
A bright bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed, luggage space, a mirror area with small drawers for personal belongings and quick makeup. The fan, equipped with an adjustable LED light, can be controlled via a convenient remote.
From the large window, you can access the cozy balcony, furnished with a table and four comfortable chairs, perfect for a peaceful breakfast or a relaxing dinner.
FOREST ROOM
The larger bedroom features a cozy Queen size bed and a spacious single bed, a large sliding-door wardrobe, a comfortable red armchair, and access to a spacious and elegant balcony, furnished with two chairs and a practical table, ideal for a romantic aperitif.
BATHROOM
Renovated in December 2024, it is equipped with all comforts: sink, toilet, bidet, shower, and a large mirror. Dispensers provide sufficient shower and hand soaps, reducing waste from disposable kits.
LIVING AREA
It includes a lounge area with a sofa and table, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with:

Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance to help us organize your check-in smoothly.
If no prior communication is received, we may not be able to guarantee a timely welcome.

🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment, including electronic cigarettes.
If smoke is detected or cleaning is required due to smoke residue, the cost of professional sanitation will be charged.
📝 Short-Term Rental Agreement
As required by Italian law (Law No. 431/1998), you will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement upon arrival.
This is a mandatory procedure for short stays that protects both the guest and the host.
🆔 ID Documents
A valid ID for each guest is required for registration with the public security authorities, as per Italian regulations.
💶 Tourist Tax
From April 1st to October 1st, the Municipality of Borgio Verezzi applies a tourist tax of €1.50 per person, per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
It must be paid upon check-in.
