We arrange the delivery of the keys in advance, which can be done by a person on site or by other practical means through the app. We are always around and available to answer questions or help with whatever is needed. ⚠️ Important rules and information:
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide bedding, blankets or bath (we only provide pillows)
Voltage 220V – we do not provide a hair dryer
Courtesy kit for the 1st day: dishcloth, floor cloth, sponge, garbage bags and detergent
No smoking inside the suite – R$200 fine for special cleaning
Family environment: no parties, loud noise or any behavior that disturbs other guests or neighbors
Silent hours: from 10 pm to 8 am. Complaints about noise, disorder or police calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund
If there is a fine from the city hall or police intervention, the guest will be responsible for the full payment of the penalty
📶 Internet: Wi-Fi is offered as a courtesy. In the event of a failure, we will do our best to restore the service quickly. However, as this is an outsourced service, we do not offer a refund for any interruptions.
⚡ Electricity: In periods of high demand (such as Christmas and New Year), power outages may occur in the region. Thank you for your understanding.
❄️ Use of air conditioning:
It should only be turned on with doors and windows closed.
It is forbidden to leave it running without anyone in the suite.
If the device freezes due to incorrect use, the guest will bear the cost of the technician's visit (from R$150) + repair, if misuse is detected

Suite 🚫 Rules:
Parking lot:
Capacity: The suite is entitled to 1 seat for passenger-sized vehicle. For a total of 4 suites, we offer 4 spaces, with the cars parked in two rows of 2 vehicles each.
Movement: Guests may need to cooperate and request those who are parked behind to move their vehicles for ease of departure. To do this, we ask you to share the contact (from the message app) to facilitate communication.
Fine: The use of a neighbor's vacancy without authorization will result in a fine of R$200.00 for infringement, unless there is prior consent.
Township:
Prohibition: Visits of people who are not on the reservation are strictly prohibited. In case of disregard of this rule, we will ask the guest to leave the suite immediately, without a refund.
Noise:
Quiet hours: Respect the quiet hours from 9 pm to 9 am to ensure everyone's peace of mind.
Music Volume: Refrain from listening to music at high volume or keeping audio devices at high levels during your stay. The noncompliance may result in action by the lessor.
Cleaning:
Shared Areas: Guests are requested to maintain the cleaning of shared areas, such as the kitchen, barbecue and living room. This includes washing any used dishes, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring areas are tidied after use.
Garbage Disposal: Each guest must collect and dispose of their trash, such as cans, packaging and food scraps, in appropriate bags before check-out. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine of R$100.00.
Dishes: Dirty plates and flatware should not be left in the sink or stored dirty in the lockers. Although there is a cleaning fee, a basic cleaning is expected to be maintained during the stay.
