The beach is just steps away, and you can also relax on the vibrant boardwalk right outside the property.

Parking: There is no parking available On Site. There are paid public parking lots located behind the courthouse and at Bobby’s Marina, both within walking distance of the condo.
Noise: While the location is lively during the day, evenings are generally quieter, offering a peaceful night’s rest.
House Rules: Please respect the space as if it were your own. Smoking and parties are not allowed.

Guests are welcome to enjoy free swimming in the ocean at any point along the beach. However, please note that all beach chairs belong to the various bars and restaurants located along the boardwalk. If you wish to use these chairs, you will need to pay for access. In most cases, the fee includes the chair, a beach towel, and drinks. Be sure to inquire with the individual establishments for specific pricing and details.
